To create an account of the My Zong App you have to download it, In Android you will find it in the Play Store and in iPhone you will find it in the App Store, simply install it.
As soon as you open My Zong app, you have to choose the language here. You can choose any language, click on continue button.
Then write the number on which you want to create the My Zong app, a code will appear on it, write it.
Then select a photo that you want to put on your account. if there is mail, then select female below and press continue.
Account setup will be ready and open to view Mb SMS Minutes you will have three options in front of you in these options you will be shown how many MB SMS and Minutes you have.
In this, there will be an option of recharge on the right side to add you balance, click on it, after clicking, write you mobile number, then write how much you want to add, then select the account from which you are requesting top-up balance then pay below. Click on the button.
How to get free Mb from Zong app?
To get daily free internet, click on Shuffle, click on any box there, so you can receive daily free internet from here.
Additioally, you will see many buttons on the home page will include Google Map and home delivery button etc is include.
How can I load balance in My Zong app?
To share the balance from My Zong app, open the balance share button on the home page, then write the number to which you want to send the balance, write the amount below and click on share balance, your balance will reach this number.
How to view our installed packages?
To see the packages you have installed, click on the Usage button with the home button below, all your installed packages will be displayed.
How can I add members in My Zong app?
To add another account account, click on your 3 line on the right side and click on add account under my profile. Add the number you want to add. And your Account will also be added.
How di I delete my Zong app account?
To log out the account, there are three line on the right side, at the end of them there is an option to log out, click on it and your account will be closed.
